Refunds & Cancellations

We understand that events occur and schedules change. Because of the nature of this business, presenters are scheduled, expenses are paid and arrangements are made to accomodate the number of registrants.

We have a NO REFUND policy. If you cancel registration prior to 30 days before the event, we would gladly offer you a credit and you may use that at a future show.

Any third party bookings, (eg. hotel rooms, online courses) will have a NO REFUND policy, no matter on the timing.

We recognize your need for reasonable control of personally identifiable information that you share with us. Because we respect your privacy, we always handle this information in a safe and responsible manner.

We will only send you our email newsletter if you opt-in on the member profile page.

We will not show your email address anywhere on our public website.

We will not sell, rent or lease your personally identifiable information to other companies.

We will not share your personal information with a third party company without your permission.
